The FB going for 21k might be a fibreglass version in good condition, and well outfitted? Or is it an old timber FB?

Thats a Nordic Folkboat. Over £33k for a new one (made in Denmark) & that will be pretty sparse but an absolute beauty to sail. Think day boat with a lid. Wood job with a coachroof anybodies guess but between £1k - £12k ? Ask the folk boat assoc. if your interested.

The sec of the UK Folkboat ass was importing fb hulls from Denmark a few years ago, well maybe ten, they were really sparse, simulated clinker no engine in or outboard I don't even know if they came with sails, sheets or warps.
