Folkboat For Free
Went to a most excellent party saturday out in the wilds of north Essex the Host has a wooden Folkboat in his paddock that must go.
She had a lot of work done some years ago but is now abandoned.
She is carvel mahogany on oak is quite fair and appears largely sound.
She has an alloy mast and boom but no engine or sails, for the right person she would be a good project. She is on a road trailer and is free to a good home.
If there is any nutcase out there who wants a challenge post a message and i will put you in touch with the owner.
In case you are wondering i am already overboated!
I have digital photos if required.
