I'd be greatfull if any foromites could supply me with information on CAN trailers of Christchurch. Having had our trailer stolen earlier in the year I commissioned CAN trailers to build a replacement and paid them a deposit of 50%. I have now been unable to get any reply by phone for nearly a month from them. Does anyone know if they are still in business or how to contact them. Any information greatfully received.

If you paid by card it may be worth seeing if they can do you a refund, that will get his attention.

Thankyou I have tried all that information repeatedly and will try it again. Land line rings and not answered , Mobile is straight to message , messages left but no reply recived.

Website says "....WE ARE CURRENTLY VERY BUSY TRYING TO MAKING TRAILERS SO PLEASE BEAR WITH US."
Which may explain why nobody had corrected the numerous spelling mistakes and errors of grammar on their website!

You and many others (myself included) are in the same situation. Last I spoke with the owner was first week in July and have had the order with him since April. 'Have been unable to contact him since then and have just sent him an e-mail this morning asking for an update or a refund but I don't hold much hope for a quick reply. Has anybody any suggestions as to how we can at least pressure him to let us know if and when he will deliver?
