When I press the back button to go from reading a post back to the forum index, a new browser window keeps opening with a Cornhill Direct ad. This is getting annoying! How can I stop it?

's funny. It appeared once but when going to the ybw home page. Now I can't find it again. Has it been clobbered?

Its still around. It just appeared when trying to go from the index to an thread in S'butt. Not like a popup though its more like a link to a Cornhill page hidden in there somewhere. This one in fact: http://www.cornhilldirect.co.uk/cartest/index.asp?ccode=SELF1

That's the one , but it hasn't been back on my screen since I blocked YBW , my popup blocker warns me whenever it blocks one and every now and then it tells me it's done what it's supposed to , always on here , so I have no idea what's going on

A fine example of "anti-advertising": I'll remember Cornhill Direct as a company not to do business with.

Not sure why you're blaming Cornhill. It is IPC Media who serve the ads.

Not sure why you're not blaming Cornhill. They're the ones who are paying and who are placing the ad. That said, IPC have to share the blame.
