I presume it is the Longships, but the only gruesome story I know relates to the Eddystone (sea area Plymouth ) where a keeper received a mouthful of molten lead while trying to put out a fire in the roof

Aah! So it was the Smalls where the decomposing body of a keeper was kept, so the other guy wouldn't be accused of murder?? Hence after that there were always 3 duty keepers

Yes it's Milford Sound, named after Milford Haven. Described by Rudyard Kipling as the eighth wonder of the world, and it's also one of the wettest places in the world

it looks like crow rock off linney head but iknow its not. so is it south bishop with sun rising from east early morning

Quite right - it's not Crow Rock. Nor is it South Bishop, but you're in roughly the correct area. Time of day spot on.
