At least somebody might have managed to connect "Pilot" with a pilot jack.
Sadly the jack is flown from the front end (well, this is a River forum  ) and then by the ship requesting such services.
So what about 5/10 for trying?
Some might say nobody including residents understand the British flag system, ensigns, who, when, where hoisted or struck, and jacks.
Time for a general rant about archaic nonsensical, etc, etc
