Presumably it hasn't just been stolen to get back from the pub if its dissappeared. Maybe it has been stolen to order, someone with a classic freeman to do up needed some parts

Phone the Nav Office and ask them to put out a 'Flash Message' to the locks , saying if boat is seen , it's stolen and call the Nav Office who will get the police ....
Will only work if it has very recently been stolen though ...
I'll certainly keep my beadies peeled at Teddington ...
