Our wooden coachroof has a rubbery stuff glued to it, and a hardwood moulding around the edge. To stop water getting between the moulding and the coachroof a fillet of grey sealant has been added. Over time this has shrunk and allowed water in, so I'm stripping it back to revarnish and replace the fillet of sealant - the question is which of the plethora of Sikaflex (and other brands) products should I use?
Here's a picture showing a small section of the sealant left in place:

Polyurethene or polysulphide, ie a setting 'rubber' sealant.
Not silicon, oil based mastic or any non-setting mastic.
Trade names.....Arbokol 1000, Sikaflex 201 etc, or look in you DIY store for the polys mentioned above.
Mask up both edges, gun in, tool smooth, remove tape straight away, pulling over the bead, not away.
