is it ok to use antifreeze in copper, plastic and stainless steel pipes?

I have just installed two large water solar panels to heat my swimming pool and still have some antifreeze left from servicing the boat. Thought I could use it in my panels if no problem with copper, stainless steel heat exchanger and PLASTIC
