Are the old props useable? If so you could relaunch, then book a lift at the Sea lift in Cowes to fit the new props when they arrive. It would be a shame to miss a big chunk of the summer waiting for props. As others have said, you should be able to get props repaired, or new props quicker than 4-5 weeks anyway

Airtime is 3 months I think for interspeed ultra - not 100% sure without checking.

Sealift is plan B. Just trying to see if we can source new props from somewhere else quicker. Can anyone recommend a good propellor supplier?

I had a similar problem but was related to the paint coming off the prop which exposes the Alu - had this problem every year. This year I epoxy the props which creates a hard coating - so far so good. It also saved me buying new props this year.
It might be worth considering before refitting.
