Looking forward to this trip. Slipping at the end of May to climb the Latitudes from Lanzarote to Lymington!! Well, chap has got to earn a shilling or two. An older, but well looked after Feeling 41, cutter rigged. Have started the long lead stuff...the liferaft is back from servicing, got my usual delivery crew booking flights and passage is planned. Looking at 6 days or so from here to Punta Delgada, so should be there 5th/6th June depending on final departure date. So will visit the 2 Anchors beer and more beer if anyone is around. Its that bar where the gaffer engraves you a glass with the boats name on and makes you most welcome. 2 or 3 day pit stop then about 12 ish to Lymington. Didn't fancy the slog up the Portugese coast, against wind, current, fog and lobster pots! Boat is called Pepper, written in fairly large red letters on each quarter. So, if anyone fancies a beer there, or wishes to sight us and leggit quickly, respect!! Must dig out the thermals soon and check they've not been eaten by bugs.......
