Not surprised it's made by Redbay. Here's ANOTHER stunning design from the same team

Bow designed not to de-tube when stuffed.

Hmmmmm! I quite like that, looks nice and workman like, and not so much like a domestic appliance as most of the stinkers these days...What engines, what speed?

Dont panic, he's not in ignoring you, but he is in South America. He will be along shortly (When he can pick up a signal for his dangleberry thing )

Hi,

Sorry for the delay. Been to 4 Countries in 5 Days so I am a bit Jaded and Internet access is not easy down here...well securely anyway!

The boat is new and being Seatrialed at the moment. The only other Info I found was on Ribnet.

"I had a quick tour of this boat during construction/fitout (thanks Tom! ). It is truely awesome - it has piles of space in the cockpit, berths for 4+2 and a decent heads/shower. The flybridge layout works very well, neatly merging into the access to the cabin. The twin yamahas are nicely shoehorned under the (lifting) aft deck. We left the workshop with only one thought between us......."

Twin ME432 (315 Hp Yamaha's on TRP drives ) But I would estimate 25knotts.

Cheers

Paul

Cheers Paul,

I don't know much about planing or semi displacement boats, but it seems to me that with 630hp available, 25 knots seems a bit on the slow side?.......Don't get me wrong 25 knots is a respectable speed, just thought there would be more with that kind of power. Still I suppose that at 11 metres, she is quite chunky, do like the looks of her though.

I have always lusted after the likes of Grand Banks, and Nordhavn, lovely seagoing ships to my eyes, and I suppose more to my inclination. At my age I haven't a huge interest in blasting around the ocean, a more sedate pace would suit me just fine It's probably because I enjoy the journey, more than the getting there?

As was this beast!

One of it's sponsors was Shell - not surprised with 4 x 300 Suzis - 1200 hp!!
