10knts is way aboive displacement speed for that length of boat and will be uneconomical.

If you want to run effficiently then you will need to drop to about 7knts and then yes, one engine would use the least fuel.

Thats hard to do.Ive tried to keep the speed down but still on plane after a few minuets its to much

Open the throttles the noise of the engines in sync the sight of the wake is wonderful & without useing a lot more fuel.

To motor slowly is then far better to have a sail boat & quiter
