Just checked the petition, it's doing quite nicely. Not as well as the one to allow certain pubs to have smoking rooms but it's early days.

The petition might be 'doing quite nicely' but the Early Day Motion hasnt exactly got MP's falling over themselves to sign up - just 4 so far !!

Signatures on the EDM have now crept up to 11 - but wait a minute.....only the original proposer is one of the 19 MP's I have identified as having Thames based constituencies......so what's up with the other 18 ????
