Does Anyone Know If Theirs An Owners Club, Or Where I Can Get Info On Boats Built By The Seabourne Yacht Company?

If this is the same Seabourne Yacht company as the one at Kempsey on the River Severn then I've heard that the boatyard is closing down and they are concentrating on the caravan side of the business. Someone with more knowledge will be along soon to correct me if I'm wrong.
