looking at getting Fairline targa 27 with twin kad32's
do you think their to heavy for the boat ?

No, I would have thought the KAD32's would make it very spritly.
They are only a devolpment of the AD31 and are a fairly light weight 4 cyl engine

a clean 27 Targa, used to do about 32 knots maximum with double 2 x 130 31s at the time so as Westline Jez says should be ok if not better and also a bit more ecomoic
if you are not sure about the performance, put a trial run acceptance with the offer before putting any deposit

Our Targa 28 has Kad 32's & suits the boat very well, only slightly lower in the water at the stern at rest but becomes a flying machine when out on the water.
Max clean 40+ knots & cruises well at 3200 rpm 28 knots without stressing the engines, could be a very good combination.
Only problem will be service access around the engines so I would check they have been looked after.
