Had last week off ostensibly to finish Gladys off for launching this coming week. Done all my bits, working with the headlining man to finish off, we removed the window screws (acrylic externally plonked on sikaflex screwed through the moulding) to get the internal trim off. Putting it all back Friday, and doing the last screw up... "tink" and I am now the proud possessor of an inch crack running along the window. Having had them replaced as a result of Gladys's accident in 2006, I intend to leave it and see what happens. Crack is at aft end and runs horizontally from mid screw hole in the aft edge of window... Anyone got any observations?

Can't see it being a problem unless you anticipate being out in monster seas and storms!
