Look who I saw at Bell Weir
Was good to have a chance to say hello, even if it was only a quick chat as the lock emptied.
Saw your boat down at Hampton Court on our way back on Sunday but no sign of life on board.
Hope the weather improves soon for you return trip, yesterday certainly wasn't the weather to be out on a boat.
Darren.

Couple of nice photos, Darren. I wanted one of the boat and the golden gates but couldn't fit all in from where I could photo.
I'm at East Cowes at the moment using a computer courtesey of Dean and Reddyhof. Back to Poole tomorrow, Friday, and the end of the adventure. Did Limehouse to Brighton in one hop, 150nm, as weather was so good on Tuesday, after the aweful Monday.
Can't post any more photos from here, will have to wait 'til I get home.

That's some going single handed you must have been knackered. Hadn't you better translate NM into Km for the EA. They are under the impression boats use Km.

Left Limehouse about 9:00am at Brighton 5 ish. Went slowly down the river London VTS watching us all the way, I was follwing a Broom and they kept telling other traffic about the two targets they were tracking. They'd been a bit p 'd off by a Fairline Targa (not Brad!) travelling at hump speed kicking up one hell of a wash.
I opened up a couple of miles down from QE II. Pottered around off Ramsgate for 1/4 hr or so trying to decide if I should go for Brighton. Glad I did.

No not knackered at all, lovely seas was even tempted to push on to Cowes, but no, that's just silly!
I reckon about 275 Km.
