Hi,
If you have been browsing our forums without being logged in you may have noticed adverts appearing either over the text of a post or over an image.
This is a problem which we are looking at but in the meantime it can be avoided by restricting the size of images when posting. Also, if you are logged in to the forum you will not see the adverts on the right hand side.
Images should be no more than 600 pixels wide, or if you are using photobucket or similar to host your images please use the 'large' size option.
photobucket.com is the easiest way to get photos in the forum, it takes you through the process very well and once your picture is uploaded, all you need to do is copy the IMG url (again, explained in photobucket) and paste it in your post.
If you do not have software available to resize images you could try resizr.com which is a free, online image resizing tool.
Dogwatch produced this guide to posting photos on the forum some time ago and it's still a great starting point if you're unfamiliar with the process.
If you have any problems please contact me by personal message and I will be happy to help.
Many thanks, Dan
