I'm posting this to see if I've go tthe hang of photobucket. Every time I post a picture, it's massive, and I'd like to post smaller ones - so here goes.

It's me and my mate investigating a fire in Cardiff. My mate is called Matt and is looking for a boat. He thought he'd found one last weekend and had a trip to Poole to view a sieve.
Take care all,

Seems an odd place to look for one.
Seriously though ,what type of boat is he looking for in case any of us knows of one.

Well, Tigger comes with us on our Rib, and will do on our yacht, but matt is a very brave dog if he wants to go off in his own boat. I don't know of any dog-type boats, but I have heard of a sea-wolf, would that do?

(Laughing!) Sorry. I misled you. I took the photograph. Matt is the one in the fire kit. The dog is the only fire dog in Wales and he is called Sammy. Being a Springer, he'd probably be happier in the water than out of it, although Matt reckons he can control that - with medication and lots of rope I suppose.
Matt is looking for his first boat, so something along the 20 - 24 feet mark. I've advised him to look at the Wales Boatshed website and even call at Dickies in Swansea over the weekend. I'll keep my ear to the ground for him. If anyone knows of a boat that's for sale in the £5K-ish region, I'd be glad to pass it on.

Thanks for that mate. Much appreciated. It looks good. I've passed it on to Matt who is busy on his hands and knees in O'Neill's in Cardiff at the moment. He's not drunk. It went on fire this lunchtime. (Oops!)
