Ah. The obligatory arse shots.

Looks great. And the benefit of not being a long job. Is the 25hp not suitable for river use? I see elsewhere you're asking about using a 5hp.

Did you get the old outboard with it? Perhaps you could butcher the cover to fit the Merc? Then paint the whole job in Perkins colours.

No the old Perkins didnt come with it but i am keeping my eye out for something . The 25 is a bit much for the river and i have the 5 spare so i thought i would just hook that on for now .
It took a while to get a good arse shot but i think we finally managed it
