No they're not, what prevents them is the owner of the land, particularly if he/she/it sells fuel themselves for much much more than you'd pay from the local oil delivery firm.

Not really on at Neyland or Milford for the reason LJS mentioned.
Wouldn't be a Dale 45 by any chance??

If you can come to an agreement with the owner of a private quay which has access to the road, and the fuel company is happy to load directly into a boat (they'll probably bleat about bunded fuel tanks), I can't see any difficulty about buying red at commercial rates. Road tankers will look for a minimum drop of about 1000 litres though.

THANKS TO ALL WHO RESPONDED, I CAN TELL YOU THAT I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ORDER 500 LITRE'S + FROM SOME LOCATIONS IN SCOTLAND, NORTHERN IRELAND, AND NORTH WALES, SO I ASSUME IT IS POSSIBLE IF YOU KNOW WERE TO LOOK. STILL INTERESTED IN HEARING FROM ANYONE WHO KNOWS THE AREA WELL ENOUGH TO ADVISE, THANKS.

Might be able to persuade one to fill you at Hobbs point (Think thats public access) alternatively at Brunel Car park Neyland or Front Street Pembroke dock at high tide. Both Milford area.
Is it for a Dale 45??
