Brand new in box, this is a wired remote control with LCD display, meaning you can fit your Pioneer head unit in the cabin, and repeat the main contols including the LCD display info at the helm, or flybridge.
The unit is waterproof, and functions with the following Pioneer Radio/ CD players:
2006 Models: DEH-P9800BT, DEH-P980BT, DEH-P880PRS, DEH-P7800MP, DEH-P780MP, DEH-P6800MP, DEH-P680MP, DEH-P5800MP, DEH-P580MP, DEH-P4800MP, DEH-P480MP, DEH-P3800MP *
2005 Models: DEH-P9600MP, DEH-P960MP, DEH-P8MP, DEH-P8600MP, DEH-P860MP, DEH-P7700MP, DEH-P770MP, DEH-P6700MP, DEH-P670MP, DEH-P4700MP, DEH-P470MP, DEH-P3700MP
All available on Ebay from under £50, or around £100 if you want a new boxed one.
The box includes generous amounts of wiring, and everything required to connect it to the head units listed above.
I can source a head unit if you're feeling lazy... £90 inc P&P to UK.

Both Ex display, so as new and boxed, currently £25, but only cost £110 new, probable purchase price £35-60 apiece.

I bought a remote and stereo and fitted it to No Regrets, and it works well. This was for another project I didn't bother with (A jacuzzi actually )

Better solution:
Put your entire CD collection on an iPod, you can get 150 CD's on an 8Gb iPod Nano, for example, or 1500 CD's on an 80Gb iPod classic, and add a £24.99 FM transmitter, then you can listen to it on any FM radio. Car, Boat, House, anywhere. The FM transmitter is iPod powered, and effectively a tiny box that plugs into the iPod.
Utterly amazing solution for ultimate compatibility. Sod Bluetooth, Aux ports and Card slots, FM radio rocks!
