No regrets yesterday, briefly as he came alongside as we were on our way back to the mooring, managed a moving handshake and a few words.
Must say No Regrets was looking great (the boat that is lol)
Had a great weekend, weather was good, river fairly quiet considering the long forecast dry weekend.
After all the recent weather this was a great reminder of why we alll do this boating thing :-)

B1 progressed past us this morning at about 0930, sounding very chirpy.

Blimey I thought he would be in Cookham by now. He is certainly taking his time.

He's probably got lost once or twice. I know for a fact he doesn't have GPS on board.

I'm beginning to feel like a Lesser SPotted Fumitis Ferrouseocticus - twitchers all unite !!
Yes, moored up at Sonning for the night, brilliant day for weather, almost nabbed me a rowboat at Henley, some very inept boaters at most locks - all pretty much normal really ! Didnt actually leave Chertsey until Monday morning so really done quite well to be here this afternoon.
Note to Byron......always have had GPS mate, but prob up here is that it only really works with AutoRoute EXpress and having a car as a current poisition cursor seems a bit naff reeally
Just had a visit from Brayman and SWMBO also here.
Took time out from my holiday (!!!!!) to meet Mike and discuss plans for the get together at Windsor - not now possible when planned but see seperate thread for details.
Looking forward to the full English in Tescos tomorrow
