Exmouth Seafront Gives you control of the camera. Plus if you look at the flag pole it gives you an indication of windspeed and direction.

Windermere Ferry Webcam used to be until it went to a slow refresh rate. It was almost real-time before when I made my first forum live web-cam sail-past.
