We have the same thing on our freewebs site. Freewebs decided to use us as an example on their homepage, ever since we've been getting 200 - 300 hits per day and loads of daft guestbook comments like this - its becoming pretty much a daily task to delete them!

There is an email link in the Support and FAQ section of the Weblog Manager where you can contact the management, which would seem to me to be a more sensible way of obtaining this information . . .
If you keep comments enabled for all then you will get spam. There are options to turn off comments or restrict them to friends.
