Rampart 32
      #194192 - 09/02/2002 17:45

I am considering buying a Rampart 32, built late 50's, Morris commodore engine.
Are there any horror stories about their construction, or about the type of engine, which I should be aware of?

No and no. If you find a good one go for it.

We bought a Rampart 32 lat November and had her shipped back to Ireland. She was built in 1968 and has twin Perkins diesel engines. After lots of advice I think we have bought a very soundly built boat and would advise you to do the same!
