Glow in the dark paint
      #1994893 - 14/09/2008 22:10

I have a few tubes left over. Green only.

Comes as a tube of 5 gramme powder - totally safe and non toxic, not the old match heads or radioactive stuff.

You simply add it to varnish, or epoxy or acrylic base paint, or whatever base medium you like, and paint on where you like.

5g looks small but goes a long way.

The first job I did was to mix with epoxy and paint around all my torches - superb job.

The I got carried away. Great for fire extinguishers, watch hands, door exits, cabin latches, Spectacle arms (easy to find your glasses at night now, light switches etc.

Slight white colour during day, though I don't notice the band around my black maglite torches, so I'd say pretty invisible during day.

£6 a tube delivered. Paypal only though for convenience as I travel a lot and will have to use a friend to send deliveries off etc.

I really can't state how great I find this stuff (maybe why I went overboard around the house and on boaty items - I had to make a code up 4 stripes for rucksack handle, dots for spectacles, bands for torch etc)

pm me if you'd like a tube.

If your dog is barking at the back door and your wife is yelling at the front door, who do you let in first?
> The dog, of course. He'll shut up once you let him in.
