Kim When I log in and check user options the amount of PM's I have sent is not correct. I have sent at least 2 more than indicated. Can I be sure they have been received or do they think I am ignoring them? Is it possible to check your end? Regards, Steve

The amount of PMs shown as sent will only represent the ones that you check the box to retain the sent message. Is there a chance you might not have done this for all of them? We have never experienced any instances of messages being lost from the database.
There is no receive receipt function and users, as part of their settings, can also choose not to receive PMs so there is a chance they haven't been read (ditto if the users don't realise that PMs are available which happens from time to time).
E-mail me the recipient user names and I'll check for you.
