Small quantities - well to most of you anyway - 80 litres - 48p per l. Petrol was bleedin £1.15.
Strange customer relations policy. Was going to go alongside barge facing into the ebb and breeze port side to, cos my fenders are fixed at exactly the right height for my berth on that side of the boat. A yacht took the space I was after so rather than wait or move all my fenders, I decided to moor stern towards the tide and breeze - thought it would be good practice anyway. If I say so myself, manouvre went well and I ended up gently coming alongside where I should be. Chap manning the barge then gave me a bollocking for not moving my fenders and coming in bows to the elements stbd. side to. Don't know why people who rely on customers can afford to be like this. Perhaps lack of competition may have something to do with it.

Answer is to buy your fuel elsewhere (if possible) and post the prices on here and MoBo chat to warn others.

That's what we normally do. If going up Channel will fill up in Torquay or if down Channel then it's Plymouth or Falmouth if we get that far.
