Nav software / charts wanted or maybe plotter for MED

Looking for software and charts to cover the MED area, particularly the Malta - Ionian - Aegean grounds. If you only have the charts I may still be interested.
Suitable for XP laptop and / or pocket PC system. Though I would prefer a software system I may also be interested in a colour GPS plotter with charts.

(Please bear in mind the Navman 5600 is less than £500 new now - I have been offered one at £600 which has been installed and the owner refuses to believe the price drop!!)
