You might be in luck! I've got one which I kept for backup for a boat I've now sold. I believe it works fine. The protective cover over the motor needs the 2 retaining bolts, the loose half of the hinged mounting bracket is missing the half which attaches to the boat though the other half of the "hinge" which is moulded into the unit is fine. The connecting eye at the end of the moving ram is missing but you can purchase that for pennies from Raymarine.

I can't guarantee anything about this unit because it's obviously secondhand and I haven't ever fired it up though I did buy it in the belief it was working fine. I'll email you a couple of piccies if you're interested and if you PM me with your email address.
