Plan for a group trip across, similar to current one, with a meet up in Oostende for appropriate jovial companionship and comraderie! Weekend is 27th to 29th August..... Suggest we meet up in Oostende evening on 27th.... Anyone up for a meet, and/or possibly a crossing in company? Tenative boat names/crewing volunteers detail here please! Suspect that we'll need to book berths for this weekend, so lets get something organised sooner rather than later.... Alternatively, also feel free to suggest different destinations... perhaps a more southerly trip to one of the channel ports? Maybe a Ramsgate start, and then we might gather a few of the Brighton/Eastbourne crowd as well? Friday run across to Dunkerque or similar close by... Saturday socialising.... Sunday run back, allowing for those that have plans for Bank Holiday Monday to still participate.... Suspect we'll do a run across to Oostende later in the year....
