How the devil do you use the 'Search' function on here??
In the old forum, it was easy to search, but i have never been able to get the hang of this one.
Regards the 'Date Range', what should that be at, to search the whole forum archives, from today, back to when it started??
Quote:
Maximum date range is 1 .
Newer than Day(s) Week(s) Month(s) Year(s) Older than Day(s) Week(s) Month(s) Year(s)
And why do i keep getting a message that reads: You cannot make another search at this time. Please try again in a few minutes. ???
Can anyone please explain it in simple terms??

I've given up trying to use it. It gives 'no result' even when searching for things I know are there. Useless

I posted this in reply to another thread below, but it might help ----
Ok there is a solution......
Go to google and type into the search window
site:http://www.ybw.com/forums keyword
This instructs google to only search the ybw forums. Obviously the keyword can be more than one. hope this helps

Only works effectively for posts/threads up to a year old, generally. After that the indexing appears to give up as the threads move ever backwards in the forum pages
