Thanks for that info. Not sure where we'll end up yet - depends on weather. Maybe Zeebruggee, or possibly Oostend (but I've not been in there and would need to check lock times).

Rick,
Number of Belpaeme is valid for any place on Belgian coast, Lock times at Mercator Marina are in wintertime 08.00-18.00

My home port is Ostend so if you come down on a weekend i am at the kapellebrug ask the lockkeeper for "Isola Bella" they'l show you where we are, come and have a good Belgian Beer on our boat!
