No.4 IF it is stressful forget about it!
No.5 Don't worry if someone has a bigger one ram it & shout Geronimo!
No.6 When in doubt turn the engine on.
No.7 No eating on board when there is a resto in sight.
No.8 Thou shalt not go to sea without female crew.
No.9 Friends ashore should be contacted at least once a month to be reminded of your well-being.
No.10 ENJOY LIFE! IT IS TOO SHORT TO WASTE
