Can anyone tell me the code for the 12 hour chart from Wetterzentrale Bracknell,
I can find the http://www.wetterzentrale.de/pics/bracka.html and the http://www.wetterzentrale.de/pics/brack0.html and all the 12 hour intervals after that, but not the T+12 00 UTC?

you'll get it from http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/charts/index.html which, i think, is the only place its published and only for midday and is part of the met's 3 day animation.

most sailors i know aren't out their bunks by midday so no point is there?!
