Does this represent good value ?

Or could it end in divorce ?
And no it does not belong to me ! Read the rules.

Re: Good value ?
Not sure if I am brave enough, to take it on or face the wife !
Buying these things are easy. How would I possibly get this back to Kent ? Then the work has to commence..........

Re: Good value ?
Now that IS a project! Might keep you busy for at least a couple of years. Good fun though!
How about making it the 'forum boat restoration project'?
Can't be a sillier idea than the 'round Britain speed record' or the submarine!Too old to rock and roll, too young to.....

Re: Good value ?
Forget 'forum boat restoration project', this could be HOME if I bought it !
Wifey seems to be 'putting-up' with me restoring my little river cruiser ! But I would throw me out if I bought this !
Have had a sneeky look on Boats & Outboards, fetch good money in good nick. And being Scandinavian should go for ever !

Re: Good value ?
Storebro cruisers fetch huge sums when in good condition, I don't know why, but they do. If finished to a high standard, would probably be a good investment as well as a fine vessel.

Re: Good value ?
All mahogany construction so will be liable to rot, both hull and super'.
This is the smaller 30 ft aft cockpit version, I guess around early to mid 60's.
Value, done to a good standard I would put at £25 - 30k, so do be realistic.
