I need to lubricate my alternators and MAN are not being overly helpful....the plate on the alternator gives the exact type of lubricant required....any ideas what it is??? If not what would be a generic lubricant I should / could use that will not damage the alternators??

Amount of lubricant: 2 full grease cups each
