I see that the Hamble Point Brokerage is to sale the Nordic Tug, built in the USA. the 32 footer will cost around £176,000. The 37 footer is to be launched at the Southampton Boat Show. Has anyone heard or seen these boats before? I understand the build qulaity is very good and speed in the teens.

Re: NORDIC TUGS
I have it on very good authority that a certain famous 'Ulrika' once gave that fast Linford bloke a very good nordic tug.....
Back to the boat. Good Solid boats with a lot of potential for serious cruising. Definitely suit those with time on their hands whose SWMBO's do not want the wham crash wallop of fast cruising.
It will be interesting to see in the flesh!
Cheers

Re: NORDIC TUGS
For US pilothouse yachts the bottom of the Grand Banks range is about 41'. Market wise, Nordic Tug kinda fills in the gap below that size. Too slow for most US buyers, so they are not numerous, even over here.
