Have been in Cesme a couple of weeks now and can thoroughly recommend the Penguen (yes I can spell Penguin) - expensive by Turkish standards but excellent food service and wine - on the prom here and the No Problems pub/cafe/bar, just East of the marina,who have a great book swop, cheap beer and a very friendly attitude.
