Markets fluctuate.
As do currencies.
Southern states of US provided some great bargains in recent years due to punters taking a flyer on storm damaged boats....
Also how easy is it to get to a particular place and how long to get the boat back....
many variables....
Scotland seems more sensibly priced than southern England....
