Any been into the Solent today?

Went down Saturday, and just stayed in the marina. Today, calm this morning but by 10ish back to the same as yesterday. Went up the Hamble all the way as far as we could, apparently nice pub at the end, but you have to go in with the tide and out as it exits...couldn't even stop at the merry fisher, back to Hamble Point, was a nice relaxing day though...

Why does it feel we are half way through the summer and it's going to be **** like last year, hope it isn't!

Well I'm getting fed up with the weather this year. It's either wet and windy or sunny and windy, for a littlun like us it's a real pain. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

That would be the horse and Jockey, its a nice pub, we've made it up in our tender but wouldn't fancy it in anything much bigger!!!
