Keeps you nice and dry. And being that close to the heater, you shouldn't get cold either. And you'll still be able to keep as good a look out as some ships seem to.

Don't worry, it's the Tall Ships racing wheel. They swap it with the RORC wheel (which is titanium and carbon fibre) as and when.
Next time, it'll all be different.

sailing school boat - obviously.
The pupils all pester to be the one to do the blind nav. exercise on a lousy day.

The heater obviously doubles as periscope.
I doubt the glasses would last one season on my boat in that configuration. They'd be slamming themselves to pieces against each other.
