Real bargains are starting to appear now. I'm cruising the USA at the moment and some of the stories I am hearing are astonishing. Closer to homehttp://www.theyachtmoonshine.com/yac...baryketch.html is a forced sale at well under it's true value.

Last week in the USA 40 ft marina berths at $130,000 went for just $21,000 and $26,000 at auction and some did not sell at all.
