We're coming out of the water soon to antifoul. We last came out 3 years ago (in the floods of 2007!) and had to change about 16 hull planks. I'm hoping it won't be so bad this time.

Last time we caulked with white lead and cotton. The old girl is 60 now and I'm wondering if there is a better way of caulking? When we painted her last time we used Leyland trade paint and it has stood up well apart from developing micro blisters in places. This time we're going to use Sikkens. Anyone got advice on application etc?

All advice appreciated. Stu
