I ordered a new Suite of Furniture many months ago and I am now told it is "on the water" from the Far East on a boat called "supreme" .....
Can I find out her passage plan, port of departure / arrival etc etc...... whats available and from where ???

Are you sure it is a BOAT not a SHIP???

You need the container number and the container agency.
Nearly all container agencies have web tracking facilities for their containers.

I would imagine "Supreme" and "Far East" are too vague.
Can you find out the name of the shipping line and then ring them up?
All containers are on a tracking system although some agencies don't give public access to their systems.
Basically, you need more precise information. A lot of UK bound containers are transhipped in Rotterdam. Therefore, you need the container number really.
