First proper sea test yesterday and it was a confused sea off Salcombe with wind over tide and all sorts - got some great photos and it was doing 64mph in all of that, got on the plane easily enough but we may run out of revs in flat water - might have to get some bigger props!

I'm the one that had a shave yesterday!Cookee

Great pics indeed!
And the boat seems to keep a perfect attitude during jumps.
...but... Where are the clips !?!
I can't believe you didn't take some.

You'll be able to see the boat and a bunch of other racers this weekend on Poole Quay. The boats will be on display on Saturday and racing on Sunday - See you all there!

Looks like she she well Cookee, you must be really pleased after all that planning and work.
If you put bigger props on what sort of speed do you think she will run out at WOT.
Apart from the extended bit at the stern is she just about finished?
Cheers

We always said we would be happy with a speed of 70+ mph and that seems easily achievable, I'll put the speeds up as we know them!
The stickers are on now and we have made a couple of alterations to comply with the regulations and putting it all back together for the race in Poole this weekend - the "Bustle" will be finished off in the next couple of weeks and it will have a recess for the liferaft in it.Cookee
