    Indeed.

    Just a pity the sailing was totally unrealistic - how Nicole Kidman got up to the first spreaders to search for her husband I'll never know, let alone how either of them had the strength to complete a MOB pickup at 7 knots! Pure Hollywood.

    On the other hand Nicole Kidman was stil kinda Australian in those days and still 'kinda' fit!

    yes, i saw the last of it. an interesting scenario. 5 or 6 people overboard. how to get back on?
    what about a human raft? would there be enough buoyancy and upwards force from kicking to hold 8 stone?
