Navionics App/HELP! for Android

I have a Platinum chart which I can look at on my lap top & update. I have now bought a Android phone. Do I have to buy the navionics app/ how do I get my chart onto my phone (as back up for the plotter) Help!!!

Think you'll find the App' includes the charts, no need to use the chart card you have.
